Presumption of Innocence
Criminal charges brought against any person is only an allegation of criminal conduct. All persons are presumed innocent in the criminal justice system until and unless they are found guilty in court by a judge or a competent jury of their peers. All information provided about the cases handled by the Colorado Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and it's respective law enforcement agencies is soley for the purpose of public information and awareness.
